Mr. G.C. Singini is a highly qualified and experienced biostatistician and monitoring and evaluation professional with a strong foundation in advanced statistical methodologies and their application in public health and development contexts. His research focus on Bayesian methods, multivariate analysis, time series forecasting, and quasi-experimental designs, coupled with his hands-on experience in the Malawian context, makes him a competent statistician for conducting rigorous and insightful evaluations. He brings on board robust approaches to manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets effectively, as well as a strong understanding of computational aspects of statistical analysis. Mr. Singini has also demonstrated vast experience in designing and implementing evaluations, databases, and data analysis plans. This end-to-end understanding of the data lifecycle ensures the rigour and quality of the evaluation process, from data collection to meaningful interpretation and reporting. This cutting-edge research demonstrates a deep understanding of complex statistical modeling techniques crucial for dynamic and multi-faceted evaluations. I am a beneficiary of the Sub-Saharan Africa Advanced Consortium for Biostatistics (SSACAB II), Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), and Christian Aid Tuition Fees scholarships.
