In a landmark to provide inclusive and equitable quality education in Malawi, the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) established the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development (CCEPD). The center is an educational hub where learning never stops and growth knows no limits. It opens new horizons for learning and innovation, exceeds expectations and reshapes standards. The Center does not just offer educational courses but also builds a community of learners, creators, innovators and leaders.
The LUANAR CCEPD is designed to drive the Malawi 2063 agenda through Enabler 3: Enhanced Public Sector Performance that aims to build institutional capacities through on-job trainings for the skills relevant to the implementation and realization of the Vision and Enabler 5: Human Capacity Development that promotes relevant quality education that incorporates a strong element of academic excellence, technical and vocational skills fit for the labour market and entrepreneurship.
