Admission Process
Admission into the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development (CCEPD) at LUANAR follows a structured process. The steps below guide prospective students from enquiry to enrollment:
1Check Programme Requirements
Review the minimum entry requirements for your programme of interest (Certificate, Diploma, Bridging, or Professional Courses). Each programme has specific academic or work-experience prerequisites.
2Obtain an Application Form
Application forms can be collected physically at LUANAR campuses or downloaded online. (See Downloadable Forms below.)
3Complete the Application
Fill in the form in BLOCK letters. Attach certified copies of academic certificates, transcripts, and one recent passport-size photo.
4Pay the Application Fee
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee:
- K10,000 for Malawian applicants
- US$30 for international applicants
Proof of payment (bank deposit slip) must be attached to the application form.
5Submit the Application
Submit the completed form and supporting documents either:
- By hand or post: The Director, LUANAR-CCEPD, P.O. Box 219, Lilongwe.
- By email: ccepd@luanar.ac.mw
6Await Response
After submission, applications are reviewed. Shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter with details on fees, registration, and orientation.
